Once your order ships, here's how long it typically takes to reach you. These are delivery times after dispatch — add up to 3–4 working days for order processing.

We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every country. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise shipping fees added later.

Need It Faster? Express Shipping Available

For customers who want their order in a hurry, we offer Express Shipping via UPS at $20 USD. Express orders are prioritized for fastest dispatch and ship via UPS for faster transit. Typically arrives within 4–7 days worldwide after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: Free — uses our standard delivery network
  • Express Shipping: $20 USD — premium UPS courier service
⊹ How to Choose Express

The Express Shipping option will automatically appear on the checkout page once you've filled in your delivery address. You can select Standard (free) or upgrade to Express ($20) before placing your order.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside India, your country may charge customs duty, import VAT, or local sales tax when the package arrives. This is paid by the customer, not by Mashroo.

What You Should Know

  • Customs charges vary by country and order value
  • These charges are not included at checkout, and we cannot estimate them in advance
  • Refusing to pay customs duty will result in the package being returned or destroyed — no refund applies
⊹ A Note for Gulf & UAE Customers

Most orders to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain clear customs without charges due to existing trade arrangements. You'll usually receive your order with no extra fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched (within 3–4 working days), you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the dispatch email
  • Use the tracking link to see updates from pickup to delivery
  • If you haven't received the email after 5 working days, contact us — we'll send it manually

If Your Order Is Delayed

Sometimes packages take longer than expected — customs queues, weather, public holidays, or carrier backlogs can all add a few days. If your delivery is significantly delayed:

  • Wait 3 extra days beyond the estimated delivery window
  • Check the tracking link first for the latest status
  • If still no movement, email support@mashroostore.com with your order number
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and update you within 2 working days

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a tracked package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll send a free replacement at our cost.

If a package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, your building's reception, or your local courier first. Most "lost" packages are found within a day or two.
