Return & Exchange Policy India

International orders: We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside India — international reverse-logistics costs make it unviable for us to offer this. If your international order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@mashroostore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Domestic Eligibility (India)

  • Return or exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original sellable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Non-returnable: accessories, Luxe Cut Pieces, sale items, and customised or personalised products
  • Returns are accepted only when an item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its online description
  • All refunds are subject to approval after a quality check

Charges (Domestic)

  • Shipping within India is free
  • Return fee: ₹199 — deducted from your refund and issued as an email coupon
  • Exchange fee: ₹99 per product

How to Initiate (Domestic)

  1. Visit the Exchange tab on the website and sign in with your phone number and email
  2. Select your Order ID and pick the item you'd like to return or exchange
  3. Choose a reason and pick replacement, exchange, or refund
  4. Pack the unused item with tags attached, ideally in its original packaging
  5. A courier will be arranged to pick it up from your address within a few days
  6. Once the item clears our quality check, the exchange ships or your refund/credit is issued
